As Temporada Evergreen s MD, I am in charge of the day-to-day operational running of the business, which includes our business strategy, operations and client services. Over the past 10 years I have transformed the way that we measure and report on what we do for our clients, and can confidently say that Temporada Evergreen is now an industry leader in the reporting, measurement and evaluation of PR. I have also worked closely with the PRCA to implement its Consultancy Management Standard (CMS), which benchmarks best practice in the way agencies are run and managed.
